These Terms of Service explain how visitors and customers may use PutraCetol Studio, purchase digital font products, access downloads, and use account features connected to orders and licenses.

These terms work together with the License Guide, the End User License Agreement, and any license information recorded on your order.

Agreement to Terms

By browsing the website, creating an account, downloading a Free Font, purchasing a paid font, or using any digital product from PutraCetol Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or download font files.

Website Use

You may use the website for lawful browsing, product research, checkout, account access, downloads, and support. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape protected files, bypass checkout, or interfere with another customer account.

Online Store Terms

PutraCetol Studio sells digital font products through an online checkout flow. Product pages, previews, categories, pricing, license options, and download access are provided to help customers choose appropriate fonts and license coverage.

Digital Font Products

Fonts are downloadable digital products. A purchase grants license rights to use the font according to the selected license; it does not transfer ownership of the font software, artwork, brand, source files, or intellectual property.

Account Registration

Some actions may require an account, including order history, download access, invoices, license records, and support. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and protecting your login credentials.

Checkout, Billing, and Payment

At checkout, you must provide accurate billing, contact, and order information. Payment information may be processed by payment providers; PutraCetol Studio does not claim to store full credit card details on the website.

Free Font Checkout

Free Fonts may still go through checkout so an order record, download record, and license reference can be created. Free checkout does not remove license terms or permit redistribution of the font files.

Downloads and Account Access

After checkout, eligible font files are made available through order/download areas such as My Account. Do not assume unlimited download duration unless it is shown in your account or order information. If access fails, contact support with your order email and product name.

Font Licenses and Usage Rights

Your rights are determined by the selected license and the usage limits recorded during checkout. For practical guidance, review the License Guide. For binding usage restrictions, review the EULA.

License Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting coverage that matches your project, audience, platform, distribution, users, domains, and commercial scope. If your use expands, you should upgrade or request a custom license before exceeding your current coverage.

File Types Customers May Receive

Depending on the product and package, customers may receive font formats such as OTF, TTF, WOFF, WOFF2, documentation, specimen images, or ZIP packages. Available files vary by product and are shown through the active product/download flow.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because font files are digital products that can be downloaded or accessed immediately, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after download or access. PutraCetol Studio may review order problems, duplicate purchases, technical issues, or legally required refund requests case by case.

Order Issues and Support

If your download link is missing, a ZIP file is damaged, your account cannot access an order, or the wrong license was selected, contact us through the Contact page with your order number, account email, and product name.

Accuracy of Product Information

We work to keep product previews, license summaries, file descriptions, and pricing clear. Minor differences may occur between previews and installed font behavior depending on software, operating system, browser rendering, and OpenType support.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

If a product listing, price, availability note, typo, or technical detail contains an error, PutraCetol Studio may correct the information, update the page, or contact affected customers where appropriate.

Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, embedded content, email tools, hosting, or software platforms. Those services have their own terms and policies.

User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send comments, testimonials, bug reports, design feedback, or support material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate someone else’s rights. We may use feedback to improve products and services.

Intellectual Property

The website design, product previews, font names, font software, images, written content, and related assets belong to PutraCetol Studio or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the website, checkout, account, and downloads available, but maintenance, hosting issues, plugin updates, payment service outages, or security incidents may affect access temporarily.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PutraCetol Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, font use, download interruptions, or unsupported software behavior.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, violation of license restrictions, or infringement of third-party rights.

Severability

If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply as closely as possible to the original intent.

Termination

PutraCetol Studio may restrict access to accounts, downloads, or services if there is suspected fraud, unauthorized file sharing, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these terms or the EULA.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the EULA, the License Guide, and the license/order information shown at checkout form the customer-facing agreement for website use and font purchases.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when products, license systems, laws, or website operations change. The updated date above indicates the latest published version.

Governing Law

These terms are written as operational business terms for PutraCetol Studio and should be reviewed by a qualified legal advisor for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
