Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers about buying fonts, licenses, downloads, Free Fonts, webfont use, client projects, Canva/Figma, refunds, support, and custom coverage.
License Questions
Yes. Your order records the selected license package and helps prove what coverage was purchased. Keep your order email and My Account record for reference.
Choose based on where the font will appear: desktop design, logo, webfont, merchandise, templates, app, broadcast, team use, or corporate use. The License Guide explains common scenarios.
Yes. You can buy separate licenses for different clients, projects, brands, or usage scopes when one license does not cover everything.
Upgrade or request a custom license before the project exceeds your current coverage. Keep the upgrade order with your original order.
Yes. Free Font does not mean no license. Free Fonts are usually Standard-like coverage unless the product page says otherwise.
No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rename, package, or upload the font files as font software.
Buying Fonts
Open the product page, choose the license that matches your use, add it to cart, complete checkout, then access downloads through the order flow or My Account.
Yes, but make sure the license covers the client project and that the correct owner/client information is kept with the order record.
If guest checkout is available, you may be able to buy without a full account, but account access is recommended for downloads, invoices, and license records.
Use the product page license selector and the License Guide. For unusual usage, contact support first.
Free Fonts
Free Fonts can be downloaded at no cost through checkout so the site can create an order, license, and download record.
Checkout creates a clean record of the download and the license terms, even when no payment is due.
Free Fonts may allow commercial use within the free license limits, but you must still follow the EULA and any product-specific notes.
No. Share the product page link instead so each user gets their own license/order record and protected download access.
Downloads and Account
Use My Account to view orders, downloads, and available customer records.
After checkout, open the order confirmation or My Account download area and click the available download button.
Check spam/promotions folders first, then log in to My Account. If the download is still missing, contact support with your order number and email.
If your account/order still shows an active download permission, you can download again. Do not assume permanent unlimited access unless your account says so.
Contact support with the product name, order number, and the exact error you see.
Contact support. For security, we may need proof that you own the order or account.
Font Installation
Unzip the package, then double-click the OTF or TTF file and choose Install. Restart your design app if the font does not appear immediately.
OTF is often preferred for modern design software. TTF is also widely supported. If both are included, install one format unless your workflow requires both.
Restart the app, clear font cache if needed, confirm the font was installed for the correct user/system, and check whether the app supports custom fonts.
Only within the users/devices allowed by your selected license.
Font Files and Formats
OTF stands for OpenType Font. It is a common desktop font format used by professional design software.
TTF stands for TrueType Font. It is a widely supported desktop font format.
WOFF is a webfont format intended for website use. Webfont embedding requires license coverage.
WOFF2 is a newer compressed webfont format often used for faster website loading.
Use software that supports glyph panels or OpenType features, such as Adobe apps or other typography tools. Availability depends on the font.
Try downloading again, use a standard unzip tool, and contact support if the file still fails.
Webfont Usage
Yes, if your license includes webfont coverage for the domain and traffic level. Desktop-only use does not automatically include webfont embedding.
Do not expose desktop source files publicly. Use proper webfont formats and coverage when web use is licensed.
Yes when webfont use is covered. Make sure the files are not publicly redistributed beyond what is needed for site rendering.
Logo and Trademark
Yes when your license covers logo use. Convert final logo artwork to outlines where practical.
Trademark registration may require Professional, Enterprise, Corporate, or Custom coverage. Confirm before filing.
You may provide final logo artwork, but do not transfer raw font files unless the client has appropriate license coverage.
Client Work
Yes, if the license covers the project scope. For large campaigns, trademark, templates, apps, or webfont use, verify coverage first.
Not by default. The client should buy their own license unless your license specifically covers that transfer.
Only if they are working within the covered project and license user limits. Contractors should not keep or reuse the font afterward.
The purchaser/order owner generally controls the license record unless another written arrangement is made.
Merchandise, POD, and Templates
Yes when your license covers merchandise or POD quantity/distribution. Higher-volume or resale products may need upgraded coverage.
Editable templates need special care because customers can edit typography. Use a license that covers templates and do not include raw font files unless allowed.
Only if your license covers the project and the upload does not give other users access to the raw font file outside the licensed scope.
Yes for design work covered by your license. Do not publish or share files in a way that lets unlicensed users extract the font.
Apps, Games, Broadcast, and Extended Use
Apps, games, software, and embedded products require proper Custom, Enterprise, or Corporate coverage.
Broadcast, film, streaming, TV, cinema, and large video campaigns may require broadcast or expanded coverage.
Server, SaaS, online platform, or automated design output usually requires custom coverage. Contact support before launch.
Yes when ad usage, impressions, campaign scale, and platform scope fit your selected license.
Refund and Support
Because fonts are digital files, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after access or download. We review technical issues, duplicate orders, or legal requirements case by case.
Contact support quickly. In many cases, the better path is upgrading or correcting coverage rather than refunding a downloaded product.
Use the Contact page and include product name, order number, account email, and a clear description of the issue.
Guest Post / Backlinks
Yes, when the topic is relevant and meets our quality rules. Review the Guest Post / Backlinks page.
Timing depends on queue and quality review. Send a clear proposal through Contact with target URL, topic, anchor text, and payment readiness.
Custom Font Requests
Contact support with the product name, usage type, users, platforms, domains, audience size, distribution, and expected commercial scope.
Custom font projects may be considered depending on schedule and scope. Send references, intended usage, required characters, budget, and deadline.
Possibly, but modification, exclusive rights, and brand ownership terms must be discussed separately from a standard font license.
Still Need Help?
