Chapter 1
Agreement and License Control
Overview
This End User License Agreement explains how PutraCetol Studio font software may be installed, copied, stored, embedded, displayed, and used after checkout. It applies to paid fonts, Free Fonts, promotional downloads, and license upgrades unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your Selected License Controls Your Coverage
Your checkout/order record controls the license package, limits, and coverage you purchased. The License Guide helps explain common uses, but the selected license and order record determine what you may do.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
PutraCetol Studio and/or the original rights holder retains ownership of the font software, design, name, specimen artwork, documentation, and related intellectual property. You receive usage rights, not ownership of the font files.
License Grant
After valid checkout, PutraCetol Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font according to the selected license package, the EULA, and any order-specific limits.

Startup License
Coverage for early commercial teams, one website, monetized social content, and local ads.
Professional License
Broader brand, agency, publishing, web, ad, and trademark-ready work.
Enterprise License
Expanded commercial coverage for established businesses with wider distribution.
Custom License
Build coverage by choosing specific usage areas such as webfont, app, broadcast, template, or POD.
Corporate Basic / Pro / Unlimited
Corporate packages support broader team and organizational needs.
Free License
Free Fonts still include license terms and generally use Standard-like coverage unless stated otherwise.
Chapter 3
Common Font Usage
Installation, Users, and Devices
You may install and use the font only within the user, device, seat, employee, contractor, or team limits of your selected license. Do not share font files with people outside the covered project or organization.
Desktop Use
Desktop use includes installing OTF/TTF files in design software to create static designs, images, PDFs, print artwork, packaging, social graphics, mockups, and brand assets within license limits.
Client Work and Third-Party Use
You may use the font for client work when your license covers the project scope. You may not give the raw font files to a client unless the client owns a license or the selected license explicitly allows that transfer workflow.
Logo and Trademark Use
Logo use may be allowed by appropriate packages, but trademark registration, large brand systems, and corporate identity programs may require Professional, Enterprise, Corporate, or Custom coverage. Convert final logo artwork to outlines where practical, but do not distribute editable font files.
Webfont Use
Webfont use requires license coverage for domains, traffic, embedding, and file formats such as WOFF/WOFF2. Do not expose desktop OTF/TTF source files publicly as downloadable website assets.
Chapter 4
Extended and Special Use
Merchandise, POD, and Digital Products
Merchandise, print-on-demand, apparel, packaging, stickers, digital products, and resale end products require coverage that matches production quantity, distribution, and whether buyers can customize or extract the design.
Editable Templates
Editable templates, Canva templates, Figma files, design templates, social kits, and similar products may need special coverage because end users can edit or reuse the typography. Do not include raw font files unless specifically licensed.
Apps, Games, Software, Server, and SaaS Use
Embedding or using fonts in apps, games, software, servers, online platforms, SaaS products, dynamic generators, or automated design tools requires explicit coverage. Server-side generation and user-customizable output should be reviewed before launch.
Broadcast and Film Use
Broadcast, film, streaming, video advertising, title sequences, TV, cinema, and large campaign media may require Broadcast, Enterprise, Corporate, or Custom coverage depending on scale and distribution.
Corporate and Enterprise Use
Corporate and Enterprise use can include broad internal teams, multiple brands, large campaigns, multi-domain systems, and wider organizational deployment. Contact support if your organization needs special terms.
Free Fonts and Promotional Downloads
Free Font does not mean no license. Free Fonts may be downloaded at no cost but remain protected font software. Redistribution, resale, and public upload of the font files remain prohibited.
Chapter 5
Permitted, Additional, and Prohibited Use
Permitted Use
- Create covered designs. Use the font to create graphics, branding, print, web, social, or digital outputs permitted by your selected license.
- Keep project backups. Store reasonable backup copies for covered use and recovery.
- Use for approved clients. Create client deliverables when the project and file sharing are covered by the selected license.

- POD or merchandise at scale
- Apps, games, software, server use, or SaaS
- Broadcast, film, or large advertising
- Multi-user teams and corporate distribution
- Upgraded or custom coverage where required
Prohibited Use
- No redistribution. Do not sell, share, upload, package, or publish raw font files.
- No resale as fonts. Do not resell, sublicense, rename, clone, or distribute derivative font software.
- No public source files. Do not include fonts in templates, apps, websites, or repositories where users can extract source files unless expressly licensed.
Chapter 6
Font File Handling and License Lifecycle
Font Copies and Backup Storage
You may keep backup copies necessary for licensed use, recovery, and project archiving. Backups must remain private and cannot become a shared library for unlicensed users.
No Redistribution or Resale of Font Files
You may not upload fonts to public drives, marketplaces, repositories, template packages, design tools, download folders, or asset libraries where others can obtain the font files.
Modification, Conversion, and Derivative Fonts
You may convert text to outlines for final artwork. You may not modify, rename, reverse engineer, convert, regenerate, or create derivative font software for redistribution unless PutraCetol Studio gives written permission.
License Transfer
Licenses are generally tied to the purchaser, account, client, project, or organization specified in the order. Transfer is not allowed unless specifically approved or provided by the selected license.
License Upgrades
If your use grows beyond the original scope, upgrade before exceeding coverage. Keep your order and upgrade records together so usage history stays clear.
Chapter 7
Termination, Liability, and Legal Terms
Termination
If you violate the EULA, your license may terminate. You must stop using the font beyond lawful retained outputs and delete unauthorized copies when requested.
Refund Note for Digital Products
Refunds for downloaded or accessible digital font files are not automatic. See the Terms of Service for digital product refund handling.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Fonts are provided as digital software. While PutraCetol Studio aims for reliable files, compatibility depends on software, operating systems, browser rendering, and OpenType support. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This EULA is a business draft and should be reviewed for jurisdiction-specific governing law requirements. If a formal legal jurisdiction clause is required, request legal review before publication.
Contact for Special Use
If your project includes trademark registration, SaaS, broadcast, large corporate use, templates, font embedding, or unusual distribution, ask before launch.
